Sure, this is a party we'd all love to attend but I sure wouldn't want to clean up after these messy little otters! Here's hoping they have an endorsement deal with Ruffles, Tostitos and Doritos that will keep them rolling in fish for the rest of the year.
Sure, no one likes going to the doctor or vet but the good people at the Seattle Aquarium will take great care of little Aniak and make sure she grows up healthy!
Elfin the otter gets a snack frozen in ice. This is part of the Vancouver Aquarium's enrichment program that keeps the otters stimulated. Why no rocks to crack open their food? Because aquariums found that the otters would scratch the glass with the rocks.
There's an adorable new rescued sea otter pup at Sea World in San Diego. Found in Monterey, this pup will now be cared for at Sea World since due to medical problems she was deemed unreleasable. It'll probably be a while before she joins the main exhibit but hopefully I'll be able to catch a glimpse of her in the care center behind the main otter exhibit when I visit Sea World next week.
I have wanted to visit Vancouver for so many years and I still haven't had the time to go. After seeing these playful otters at Stanley Park I want to go even more.

About This Site
I've always thought that otters were the cutest animal on the earth so I thought I'd dedicate a whole web site to them. This site is also to bring awareness of sea otters being on the endangered species list. If you have any otter pictures or video to submit, read the FAQ.
